Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation fees, please allow a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
You will receive appointment reminders through email and text as a courtesy. We require a card on file in order to schedule any appointments. In the event of a no show or late cancel, the card will be charged an amount equal to the service booked. This policy is enacted out of respect for our technicians and our clients. We have the right to refuse service due to contraindications, please be aware that the appointment will still be charged in full. When scheduling an appointment, this verifies that I have read and understand the above statements and agree to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. To cancel any appointments please call, text or email.
Late fees: In the event that the card on file declines, an invoice will be emailed with the total of the missed service. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, a 3% late fee will be added to the total.
Children Policy
Services will be rescheduled and charged in full if a child is present at the time of your appointment. This policy is in place for the safety of your child and our professionals. Thank you!
Animal Policy
Services will be rescheduled and charged in full if an animal is present at the time of your appointment. This policy is in place for the safety of your pet and our professionals. Thank you!
Waxing + Sugaring Policy
For your safety, a hair removal appointment may be canceled or rescheduled due to any of the following contraindications: Retinol use within the past 7 days of appointment, Accutane, Rosacea, Active Eczema lesions, Active psoriasis lesion, Sunburn, Reactive skin, Prone to bruising, Active Cold sores/blisters, Recent laser treatments, Recent use of AHA Medications, Steroids, Blood thinning medications, Autoimmune medications, Antibiotics. Hair must be 1/4 inch long for a hair removal appointment - if you have just shaved, your appointment will be canceled and charged. If any of the above contraindications are present at the time of your scheduled appointment, please be aware that your appointment may be canceled and charged in full and at that time we will consult with you in regards to future appointments for the health and care of your skin.
